The official opening of BH&T – Beyond Health & Techmedic will take place on November 18, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. By that time, all booths and exhibition areas must be fully installed, set up, and ready to receive attendees.

To this end, exhibitors will have November 17 as the primary day to complete the setup, decoration, and preparation of their spaces. General event setup will begin on November 16, 2026, and in special cases or when logistical needs warrant it, some exhibitors may also be able to set up on that earlier date, subject to prior authorization from the Organizing Committee.

Exhibition space allocation is based on availability at the time of booking. Each exhibitor is free to design and equip their stand according to the event's technical guidelines. Furniture, decoration, and specialized equipment are the exhibitor's responsibility; however, to facilitate your participation, BH&T can provide, upon request and at a preferential additional cost, basic furniture and other support elements for stand setup
